About the company
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Business Ops Senior Specialist to join their team.
As Business Ops Senior Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, digital, legal, finance, compliance and risk management, to address governance-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the EDP portfolio strategy, including cybersecurity threats, compliance issues, and operational challenges.
- Coordinate and support the planning, and execution of technology and innovation management events, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage operational logistics and stakeholder engagement for innovation initiatives, including vendor coordination, technology setup, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and 'Make it happen' attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms.
- Economics / Financial / Engineering degree.
