The Brand Manager is responsible for delivering brand plans within a category group that includes both Valeo-owned and retailer-owned brands. They lead and steward initiatives within these brand plans. The Brand Manager excels in planning and executing initiatives, contributing to shaping the overall plans.
- Achieve or surpass budget targets for the category group.
- Ensure strong stewardship of initiatives within the brand plans.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reporting on initiatives, meeting board-level standards.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent 'Valeo Brand Building Framework.'
- Participate actively in the annual strategy review.
- Lead quarterly updates on initiatives effectively.
- Ensure marketing budget compliance and optimization across core marketing, ASOH, and shopper marketing.
- Collaborate effectively across functions.
