Our client, a specialist professional services provider is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to ensure inclusive access to professional assessments for learners across the UK. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working and the chance to shape equitable assessment experiences at a national level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex or escalated cases requiring tailored adjustments, ensuring alignment with internal standards, external legislation, and best practice in inclusive education. Working across internal teams and with training providers and learners, the role ensures that assessment arrangements uphold fairness, legal compliance, and learner confidence.

Hybrid working set up - 1 day in Office/4 days working from home

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for complex or escalated reasonable adjustment cases
  • Interpreting learner evidence and making sound, equitable decisions in consultation with employers and training providers
  • Supporting the design of inclusive assessment products
  • Maintaining secure, accurate records and managing sensitive information in line with policy
  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of adjustments and producing regular data reports
  • Supporting external training providers in their understanding and application of access policies
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks and training gaps
  • Ensuring documentation remains compliant with legislation and industry standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience interpreting educational needs and recommending appropriate assessment support
  • Working knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its application in an educational or professional learning context
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders, including learners, educators, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to work independently with empathy, sensitivity and a commitment to fairness
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience reporting on data outcomes

Desirable experience:

  • A degree in education, special education, or a related field
  • Additional training or qualifications in SEN
  • Previous work within a professional body, college, university or training environment
  • Familiarity with dispersed or associate working models
