WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create the member events programme aligned with London’s cultural calendar, covering art, fashion, design, food, wine, sport, tech, business, and more.
- Arrange meetings with members and potential hosts to pitch event ideas.
- Maintain high standards in programming and secure top hosts and speakers.
- Create running orders and brief relevant teams for all events.
- Be present at events to ensure smooth execution and build rapport with speakers and members.
- Collaborate with production companies on the annual summer party.
- Write copy for the monthly newsletter about events and activations.
- Brief the design team for communications, invitations, menus, with support from the Events Coordinator.
Brand Partnerships
- Develop target lists for potential brand partners.
- Create pitch decks with bespoke concepts for collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Build rapport with brand ambassadors.
- Ensure activation executions meet high standards.
Ambassadorship and Communication
- Act as an ambassador embodying Maison Estelle’s values, both professionally and personally.
- Communicate confidently with speakers and members.
- Maintain close relationships across departments.
