Sales Merchandiser Ireland 32-35k plus bonus Our client, the UKs leading brand of router cutters, routing jigs and routing accessories are looking to appoint a Sales Merchandiser to assist with the growth plans in the UK and Ireland. They are looking for an experienced professional looking to make the next step in their career. This role may suit someone with merchandising experience in another sector, who has some practical knowledge/interest around some of our clients key products. Key Responsibilities: Ensure power tools and power tool accessories are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, following brand and retailer guidelines. Set up and maintain end caps, in-store displays, and promotional setups to increase product visibility. Drive sales by promoting power tools and power tool accessories through product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and uses. Organize and execute in-store promotions, discounts, and special events to engage customers. Ensure the store staff is well-informed about product features and benefits, aiding in their ability to close sales. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are replenished in a timely manner. Identify out-of-stock situations and communicate needs to the sales team or distributor to avoid stock shortages. Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory and manage any stock discrepancies. Build strong relationships with store managers and sales staff to promote our products. Stay informed about competitor products and market trends to recommend solutions that meet customer needs. Submit detailed reports on product movement, merchandising execution, and promotional activities.
