Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and work performed using ticketing system.
- Support the IT team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- IT graduate or previous experience in an IT support role
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
