The Manager, Talent Acquisition, GSA will be responsible for the day to day operations and direct leadership of a team of 6, delivering recruiting excellence for the Engineering, Quality and Operations functions for Germany, Switzerland and Austria. You will drive the selection, development, and engagement of high-performing TABPs. As a strategic talent advisor, you will build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, in addition to maintaining excellent partnership within TA.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring a team of TABPs to achieve greatness.
  • Leading Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that allow us to deliver flawless execution to the business.
  • Building and leading a highly effective and customer-facing team of TA professionals who are business knowledgeable, talent market experts, proactive, responsive, client-focused and ensuring consistency in recruitment strategy/practices across the region in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Identifying, evaluating, selecting and leveraging the most productive recruitment channels/tools to identify, attract, and recruit the best talent.
  • Enabling a team of recruiters to thrive, lead by example and manage, mentor, coach and develop their performance.
  • Coaching and consulting with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices to ensure that talent acquisition is driving the business to meet and achieve its goals.
  • Monitoring, reporting and driving the talent acquisition metrics and performance (Example: time to accept, time to present, Diversity, Client Satisfaction) and analyzing trends to identify and solve potential issues before they become issues.
  • Conducting critical analyses using business-intelligence tools to ensure analytics are assessed for efficiency and effectiveness that lead to profitability.
  • Refining and increasing the quality of search delivery, recruitment experience and the diversity of slates.
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices, employment trends affecting the recruitment function and current employment legislation and policies.
  • Aligning regional processes and global processes, driving best practice standardization, promoting accountability of metrics, and ensuring team is meeting recruitment goals.
  • Instilling a culture of positive recognition and continuous improvement throughout the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Preparing, communicating, and educating the organization on recruiting resources / systems / procedures.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Previous HR or role-related experience required

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired):

  • 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent business-level English, business-level German is strongly preferred
