As our clients Web Editor, you’ll be the day-to-day custodian of the storefront and associated channels. You’ll use the Magento admin interface (with occasional command-line tooling) alongside Photoshop to create and maintain product and content pages—keeping our offering fresh, accurate, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Catalogue Maintenance
- Upload and configure new products continuously, liaising with the Design team for imagery
- Ensure Amazon Seller Central listings are created and updated as needed
- Maintain Google Merchant Centre feeds
- Create, update, and retire CMS pages
- Implement redirects or remove outdated pages to maintain site health
- Embed videos, logos and other rich media assets on site pages
- Publish blog posts and other editorial content via Magento’s CMS
- Update Terms & Conditions, policy pages and small visual or copy tweaks
- Test new pages and changes to ensure correct formatting, links and asset loading
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience working with Magento 2 (admin interface)
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for image resizing and basic editing
- Comfortable performing routine tasks via command-line scripts (no custom coding required)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise a high volume of updates in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Good communicator, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Design and other stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central product pages
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Merchant Centre feed management
- Prior exposure to basic SEO best practices (even though not a core responsibility)
