You will deliver and support modules in business related disciplines some of these are as follows:

- Entrepreneurship

- Management and Leadership
- Digital Business and Innovation

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops aligned to module specifications
- Updating and maintaining engaging digital learning content via VLE and MS Teams
- Supporting student assessment and providing timely, constructive feedback
- Advising students on academic and pastoral matters, referring where appropriate
- Participating in moderation, standardisation, and academic quality assurance
- Contributing to curriculum development and enhancement of the student experience
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- A Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience teaching business topics in a higher education setting
- Excellent communication and digital teaching skills
- Ability to develop innovative learning materials and manage hybrid delivery
- Commitment to inclusivity and student centred learning
Desirable:
- Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
- PhD in Business or equivalent industry experience
- Fellowship of Advance HE (or eligibility)
- Experience with business research, enterprise activity, or professional networks
