Our local client are looking for a facilities team member. You will be reporting to the Facilities Manager and working as part of a team, accountable for providing a well maintained, safe, secure, clean, compliant and efficient environment, delivering high quality planned and reactive maintenance, demonstrating CARE (Connect, Act, Respect and Encourage) in everything you do across a number of estates disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing mechanical and electronic locking systems.
  • Carrying out window and door repairs.
  • Assisting with fire alarm activations and managing false alarms.
  • Providing reactive maintenance support, including emergency works and seasonal projects.
  • Fault-finding and carrying out remedial repairs.
  • Conducting PPM (planned preventative maintenance) inspections and addressing or reporting any necessary follow-up works to appropriate personnel.
  • Assisting with wider PPM tasks as needed.
  • Responding to Health & Safety and maintenance-related calls within agreed service levels.
