Senior Fire Alarm Engineer - Project Engineer
Salary: £40-42,000 Basic + Company vehicle (business + personal use) + flexible hours.
Looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to take on a role commissioning high-end fire alarm systems such as Siemens, Gent, Notifier and Morley. This role is to work on new systems installations projects across London, ranging from small £5000 projects to £1M+ installations. Most projects are in blocks of flats or similar large residential properties (student accommodation etc).
There is no on-call requirement (only occasional weekend overtime if projects require due to deadlines). You will be collaborating with the design teams to review system designs and ensure they comply with the relevant codes and regulations, as well as conducting site visits to inspect the installation of the systems and testing & commissioning them upon completion.
You will direct work, spot issues before they become problems, see variations/additionally billable work and act as an assistant PM/on-site lead. This role will lead to a Project Management career.
Applicants must live around SE London - ideally outside of the M25. Applicants must be flexible to work across London.
