As the Operations Manager, you will lead the team to ensure operational excellence and high productivity, all while maintaining excellent quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities: People Management

Your essential ingredients.
At least 2 years of proven success in an Operation’s Management role, ideally within food manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ERP and MRP systems.
In-depth knowledge of food industry compliance and hygiene/safety standards.
Familiarity with Retailer and BRC/Salsa food manufacturing requirements.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Strong IT skills, including experience with database development and budgetary processes.
Desirable.
Experience or knowledge of baking industry and related techniques NEBOSH or IOSH safety training Get in touch.
