WeSolve is seeking a Program Director to provide operational support, guidance, and leadership for our client workplace services team, ensuring delivery of superior customer service and effective program management. Job Summary: The Program Director develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, oversees daily operations, manages teams, and ensures programs meet organizational and client goals. Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees Program Managers and team members, develops strategies, and ensures the implementation of new ideas and improvements. Provides oversight of internal programs like ESG, Business Continuity, and Safety. Duties/Responsibilities: Plan and develop program documentation, budgets, and goals. Implement long-term strategies to meet customer service and financial objectives. Coordinate service delivery and manage risks. Maintain up-to-date documentation and operational metrics. Manage client satisfaction and contractual commitments. Hire, train, and evaluate team members. Resolve issues, manage data integrity, and improve processes. Foster effective communication and team collaboration. Position Requirements: Background in Relocation and/or Real Estate preferred. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel up to 25%. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Project Management, or related field. 5-7 years of industry experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
