Role Overview I\’m looking for a Test Engineering Manager to lead and scale a distributed team responsible for driving automation, performance testing, and quality engineering across the SDLC. This is a strategic \”player-coach\” position that combines leadership, delivery ownership, and hands-on technical contribution in a modern CI/CD and DevOps environment. You\’ll partner with engineering leadership to define the roadmap, mentor engineers, and implement test strategies that embed quality into every stage of product development.
