Essential Requirements: – 4 years of QS experience within main contractor or subcontractor environments. – Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline – Demonstrable civil engineering project background (minor or major civils) – Strong understanding of NEC contracts through direct project experience. – Excellent written and spoken English (client-facing reporting is a core part of the role) – A proactive and detail-focused mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
