Your Key Responsibilities Preparing and formatting legal documents related to conveyancing transactions. Communicating professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties. Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling general office duties efficiently. Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Conveyancing law. Strong Typing & IT Skills – Fast, accurate, and proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Exceptional Communicator – Confident, professional, and client-focused.
