The Role: Clear structure and strategy – Corporates, OMBs, Private Equity, Banking, Tax – looking to join a corporate law team recognized in their markets as comparable to leading national firms. Support the head of corporate / to enable greater marketplace engagement and further development of firm clients. Range of work from entrepreneurs to national and international corporate projects. The Person: Genuine expert in the field (M&A, private equity, restructuring). Awareness of clients’ commercial imperatives and ability to tailor advice accordingly. Anticipates legal needs of clients and acts proactively. Capable of drafting complex, bespoke, or unprecedented documentation. Knowledgeable about document requirements for various matters. Has comprehensive understanding of most aspects of legal matters with sound tactical awareness. Can supervise a team in preparing documentation.
