In this role, you will provide direct support to the property department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in a busy and dynamic environment, contributing to the department’s high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Digital dictation and copy typing of legal documents with accuracy and speed.
• Liaising with clients over the phone to provide updates and assist with queries.
• Opening and closing client files in compliance with legal procedures.
• Scheduling client appointments as required.
• Managing emails and undertaking photocopying and document management tasks when necessary.
