Senior Production Manager F/M

Atlantis Animation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee and manage the production of our animated series and projects. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of production are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.

• Monitor budgets and ensure that production costs stay within established parameters.

• Manage the artistic and technical team and their needs, ensuring to meet project requirements.

• Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, talent, and assets to meet production goals.

• Manage and coordinate the entire production pipeline, from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

• Work closely with department heads (animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

• Identify and resolve production issues, troubleshooting problems as they arise to keep the project on track.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

• Ensure all departments adhere to the project’s artistic and technical standards while maintaining efficiency.

• Report progress and status updates to senior management, keeping them informed on any potential risks or challenges.

• Implement and refine best practices for project management and production workflows.
