Our client’s Construction team operates across the breadth of all its offices and provides advice on the full life cycle of construction projects across the United Kingdom. The construction team manages a diverse range of claims involving various construction-related professionals, such as engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, design-and-build contractors, and surveyors. The role will primarily focuses on pre and post-litigation. Additionally, the team offers advice and representation on related issues, including adjudication, disciplinary proceedings, arbitration, and risk management.
