We seek a strategic leader with expertise in brand strategy, corporate branding, and brand architecture, who can lead projects and inspire the team. Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and hands-on delivery on projects. Lead and challenge the team to produce innovative and effective strategies. Participate in new business pitches, contributing strategic insights and leadership. Build relationships with internal and external partners to enhance capabilities. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and new service offerings. Bring innovative ideas and industry insights to the team and clients. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic agency culture. Skills and Competencies: Deep expertise in brand strategy, especially corporate strategy and brand architecture. Strong commercial acumen, including project scoping and profitability management. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
