Office/Facilities Manager (12-month FTC/£50,000)

We are currently working alongside a global firm in the Insurance services sector with a modern office based in the City. About the Role:

We are looking for a Workplace Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations and create an exceptional workplace experience. You will come in and manage the day-to-day office services, deliver seamless visitor and staff experiences, and support workplace projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team
  • Oversee daily office, hospitality, and facilities operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
  • Coordinate internal events, onboarding, and office communications
  • Provide basic AV and workplace tech support

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in workplace, facilities, or office management within the Financial Services
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Experience with room booking or helpdesk systems

This position is looking at a start in Late September/Early October
