Office/Facilities Manager (12-month FTC/£50,000)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Workplace Supervisor to lead the front-of-house operations and create an exceptional workplace experience. You will come in and manage the day-to-day office services, deliver seamless visitor and staff experiences, and support workplace projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team
- Oversee daily office, hospitality, and facilities operations
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
- Coordinate internal events, onboarding, and office communications
- Provide basic AV and workplace tech support
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in workplace, facilities, or office management within the Financial Services
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Experience with room booking or helpdesk systems
This position is looking at a start in Late September/Early October
