This service allows adults who need some support to live within their own homes (fully fitted flats) without the need to move into a retirement home. Supported Living includes the benefit of support in any areas of their day-to-day lives that they require. We can support with anything from Personal Care to food preparation to household chores. About you: Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided. * A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Full driving license and access to own vehicle for work purposes is required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays If you are enthusiastic about making a positive difference in people\’s lives and meet the requirements mentioned above, we would love to hear from you.
