Our client, a well-known international law firm, seeks an ambitious funds solicitor in the 1-5 PQE range to join its market leading team in Dublin or London. This is a great opportunity to join a top-tier international law firm advising on cutting-edge Irish asset management and investment funds work. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either the firm’s Dublin or London office , making it ideal for a Dublin-based funds solicitor looking to gain experience in London while continuing to advise on Irish funds, or for a London-based Irish lawyer considering a strategic move home in the future. You\’ll work alongside leading partners on complex, cross-border mandates for global clients, with structured career development and market-leading rewards.

Responsibilities

Advise on the structuring, establishment, and operation of a wide range of Irish UCITS and AIFs, including private equity, credit, hedge, and real asset funds.
Work with Irish MiFID firms, UCITS management companies, AIFMs and Super ManCos on their regulatory and operational needs.
Guide clients on compliance with ESG and sustainable finance regulations, including SFDR and the EU Taxonomy.
Advise international asset managers on cross-border distribution, platform structuring, and fund governance.
Collaborate across jurisdictions on high-profile, cross-border mandates for global clients.

Candidate Profile

2–5 years’ PQE advising on asset management and investment funds gained with a large or medium law firm in Ireland, the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, or BVI.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish UCITS, AIFs, and associated regulatory frameworks.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and commercial approach.
Interest in sustainable finance, cross-border structuring, and regulatory change.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a proactive and collaborative mindset.
