GRAPHIC DESIGNER – FAST-PACED, DIGITAL-FIRST BUSINESS

This is a brilliant opportunity for a creatively versatile designer to join a buzzing in-house studio where no two days look the same. This role is ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and bringing content to life across social, video, motion, and print, with a strong emphasis on digital assets. You’ll be the go-to for dynamic edits, engaging visuals, and polished design execution for a mix of exciting, high-profile events.

What they need

• A designer with a strong digital-first mindset, confident creating high-volume, high-quality assets across multiple channels
• Someone who ideally has hands-on experience editing video, using tools like Premiere Pro to transform raw footage into dynamic content for social and event promotion
• A creative thinker, comfortable working within brand guidelines but able to elevate and bring new energy to templates and campaign visuals
• Someone who’s calm under pressure, able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment where priorities can shift quickly
• A collaborative team player, with great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

What you're great at

• Creating impactful design across social, email, event content, and light print – with speed, style, and attention to detail
• Managing multiple projects at once, balancing quality and efficiency in a deadline-driven team
• Using Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit and enhance video – from intros/outros to colour grading and adding animations
• Confidently working in Adobe Creative Suite, with good working knowledge of Figma, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Contributing to a creative culture – whether it's sharing ideas in brainstorms or collaborating cross-functionally
