Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network. Understanding clients and their specific needs. Developing an in-depth market knowledge in your sector to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space. The Benefits Base salary up to £30,000 + Uncapped Commission Structure.
