Leveraged Finance Associate

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for an Associate to join their Leveraged Finance Team in London. The successful candidate will be supporting the team with structuring and execution of leveraged finance transactions, including large cap underwritten LBO financings and direct lending transactions.

THE ROLE:

• Assist senior Leveraged Finance and Mid-Market Direct Lending team members with transaction structuring and execution.
• Support with the preparation and presentation of client marketing materials and internal approval documents
• Develop financial models and sensitivity scenarios for ongoing transactions

THE CANDIDATE:

• Currently sitting at the Associate (or equivalent) level within a Leveraged Finance Team/ Transaction Team of a Global Bank or Fund.
• Proven experience in financial modelling (LBO modelling, cash flow modelling)
• Solid understanding of the deal structuring principles, including underwriting and credit processes
