A dynamic and fast-growing media network is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join its London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for project delivery, campaign execution, and operational excellence.
Working at the centre of the business, the successful candidate will help coordinate the rollout of high-impact digital screens, manage experiential activations, and support cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that truly stand out.
What the role involves:
πΉ Coordinating digital screen rollouts β working with suppliers, local authorities, and internal teams
πΉ Supporting the delivery of experiential campaigns from planning through to on-site execution
πΉ Liaising with Sales to ensure smooth end-to-end campaign delivery
πΉ Tracking project timelines, flagging risks, and keeping stakeholders in the loop
πΉ Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
πΉ Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes
What theyβre looking for:
β Experience in operations, project coordination, or campaign delivery β ideally in media, advertising, or events
β Great organisational and multitasking skills
β Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
β A proactive mindset and attention to detail
β Comfort working on-site and occasionally outside standard hours
β Confidence using MS Office; project management tools are a bonus
