The Opportunity

• Support and deputise for the Head of Residential Management across operational, strategic, and client matters.
• Lead on business development, leveraging your industry relationships to win new mandates and grow the portfolio.
• Help shape team structure, improve internal processes, and drive innovation in service delivery.
• Represent the business in pitches, tender submissions, and market networking.

About You

• Proven experience at a senior level in residential block management.
• Track record of winning new business and managing client relationships.
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a solutions-led approach.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Relevant qualifications such as IRPM, AssocRICS are desirable.

What’s On Offer

• Salary £70,000 – £90,000 pending on experience.
