Interim Financial Controller

Financial Controller (Fixed Term Contract) – Luton / Hybrid – £90,000 – £100,000 + Benefits

This is an excellent initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract for a technically strong senior Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join this growing business. You will manage a team of 10 with 3 direct reports, and take full responsibility for all financial reporting activities, transactions, treasury, and audit. The company offers a great culture with good career progression opportunities and support. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in all areas of Financial Accounting and Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• All areas of financial reporting
• Managing treasury team and cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Statutory accounts and audit
• Managing a small team including three Qualified Accountants
• Full ownership of the General Ledger
• Process improvement and ensuring controls and compliance are effective
• Working together with FP&A effectively

You will be Qualified (ACA/ACCA) with strong technical knowledge including UK GAAP. A good communicator and a team player. The company has a great culture and offers flexible hybrid home working. You will be able to start this 6 month contract within 4 weeks.
