I'm working with a dynamic and expanding Lloyd’s Syndicate that’s looking to hire a Senior Compliance Analyst. This is a key role offering real exposure — including the opportunity to deputise for the Compliance Manager and attend Board and Committee meetings.

This is ideal for someone looking to take a step up, gain strategic exposure, and work in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

📌 Deputise for the Compliance Manager, including attendance at Board and Risk & Compliance Committee meetings

📌 Support the delivery of regulatory returns and Lloyd’s reporting

📌 Lead elements of the compliance monitoring programme

📌 Draft, review and update compliance policies and frameworks

📌 Provide advisory support to the wider business

📌 Contribute to regulatory change tracking and horizon scanning

✅ What They’re Looking For:

🎯 3–5+ years in an insurance compliance role (Lloyd’s market experience ideal)

🎯 Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements

🎯 Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders

🎯 Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
