Location: Reading area + travel to Southern sites

Home-Based: £56,500 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a growing utilities provider for a Water Project Manager to join their project delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of water infrastructure projects across residential and commercial developments, supporting major UK housebuilders and developers.

This home-based role offers full control of your diary, with autonomy to manage your own portfolio of schemes while working closely with senior stakeholders and contractors across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and compliant installation of clean water infrastructure.
• Manage projects from handover through to delivery and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to water industry regulations and NAV frameworks.
• Conduct site visits, monitor quality, and manage snagging/close-out works.
• Work closely with SLPs, ICPs, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support with asset handovers and completion of all regulatory documentation.

Experience required:

• Experience in the clean water or NAV/SLP sectors
• Strong project management and site coordination skills
• Understanding of regulatory standards and water design processes
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple schemes
• Excellent stakeholder and contractor engagement experience
