Senior Funds Legal Counsel UK Authorised Funds to join a leading Investment Management Firm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice across a range of UK authorised funds (UCITS, NURS, LTAFs),
• Advise on product development and management
• Support global distribution in the UK, Europe, and the Americas.
• Advise on AIFs
• Mentor junior team members
• Advise on Regulatory matters and projects

Candidate Profile

• English Law Qualified Lawyer
• Either experience in-house within Financial Services or Private Practice in a funds team
• Specialist in UK Authorised Funds
• Knowledge of AIFS a plus
• Good technical knowledge of funds and distribution
