Workplace (Facilities) Solutions Coordinator

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) as a Workplace Solutions Coordinator. You will support our workplaces in the South region and ensure our colleagues have a great place to work. The role is based in Eastleigh, with regular travel to offices and depots in the South region, including Horndean, Petersfield, Hedge End, and Bordon. Occasional travel to other regional offices may be required. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential due to coverage of multiple sites.

Our Workplace Solutions team is committed to creating excellent workspaces, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and foster collaboration and creativity.

With your proven customer service skills and proactive approach, you will play a key role. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards and aesthetics of our buildings, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

You should be confident and assertive in engaging with colleagues, providing excellent service, managing difficult conversations, and resolving workplace issues. Building relationships with suppliers and contractors, and managing some contracts, will also be part of your role.
