As Senior Value Consultant you will be offered the unique opportunity to help evolve and grow the capabilities and effect of Value Engineering across RA and its customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to establish a shared vision with our customers and help them achieve their operational goals. This is a high-profile position that resides within the Sales organization. You will report to Senior Manager Enterprise Software.
Responsibilities - You Will Do
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Services personnel on sales campaigns; while developing, positioning, and promoting the value of Plex.
- Work with Sales team to create executive-level presentations for main opportunities.
- Engage across multiple accounts, segments, and industry sectors that Plex serves.
- Lead client-facing 'Discovery' calls/meetings for identifying potential value and solution fit.
- Perform Value Engineering-led customer engagements, including the collection of customer data for generating and delivering compelling business case presentations.
- Develop expertise around vertical-specific Indicators and our goals and create how Plex solutions can address those goals.
- Aid in the development of value-based selling collateral for incorporation and standardization within the Plex Sales model.
- Work with Solution Engineers to establish the corresponding value for main use cases.
- Engage with Customer Success team for capturing the value Plex customers realize.
- Use and maintain analytical tools for generating value insights.
- Maintain libraries and databases of benchmarking data, findings, and other appropriate information.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Finance.
- 5+ years of prior Value Engineering/Business Consulting software sales experience.
- Industry or Consulting experiences in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in building business cases, including financial analyses (RoI, NPV, PB).
- Technical capabilities in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in performing online business research.
- Collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel ~ 30% of the time.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA).

- Experience conducting 'C' level conversations.
- MES and/or ERP experience.
- Experience with Force Management 'Command of the Message/Command of the Sale' methodology.
