As a Data Business Transformation Consultant, you will be passionate about turning data into real business value. You will be a trusted advisor (Data SME) who can guide Defence clients through large data transformations.
In this DATA SME (Data Transformation Consultant) role, you will be:
- Identify and secure new data transformation opportunities across the Defence and Aerospace sectors
- Partner with clients to shape their transformation journey from strategy to execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects that drive operational impact and measurable results
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to the highest standard
- Represent the business at industry events and play a key role in growing the reputation as a leader in data-led transformation
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, supporting growth and delivery excellence
To secure this Data SME role, you will have:
- A proven track record in data-driven transformations within the Defence arena
- Led large-scale IT transformation programs from cradle to grave
- Strong technical knowledge covering Data-driven transformations, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Chain Control Towers, and related technologies
- Experience in growing a Defence consulting arm, with skills in identifying, developing, and winning new Data transformation opportunities in the Defence sector
- Solid understanding of the Defence, National Security, or Aerospace sector
- Active high-level security clearance (DV)
