We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Business Enablement. This role is responsible for driving priorities related to employee engagement, communications and marketing. Effectively partner with Line of Businesses and Product Groups as well as HR, Communications and Marketing to drive a consistent deployment of enablement priorities that delights employees and supports an elevated client experience. This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.
What will you do?
- Drive employee experience priorities across all Lines of Business and Product groups that build culture, delight employees and encourage inclusiveness and engagement of employees.
- Design and oversee new starter onboarding experience and processes.
- Deliver the implementation of standardised and effective business-level communication strategies, preparing and sending employee communications.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with Corporate Communications.
- Advocate, communicate and educate employees on Wealth Management Europe (WME) strategic priorities and associated information through communications.
- Oversee and enable business-level Townhall delivery.
- Draft award submissions and provide oversight to end-to-end delivery of client mass mailings, ensuring alignment with Marketing brand standards.
- Lead on activities including product line CPD tracking, authorised signatory lists maintenance and legal entity licensing requirements.
- Lead on business management and ad-hoc projects, usually relating to people and culture, as identified by the Team Lead, Business Enablement.
- Drive a partnership focused style with Lines of Business and Product Groups.
- Use creativity to create interest in imperatives and to engage stakeholders in a meaningful way.

- Must-have Experience in Financial Services or related discipline (Project Management, Communications, Marketing).
- Agile thinking and creative skills – think about interesting and engaging ways to get work done.
- Business Writing skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT and MS skills.
- Nice-to-have RBC Organizational awareness (UK / Global).
