A new SEN school set to open in September 2025 is seeking 3 SEN Teachers to join them permanently full time. This is a term time position with an option to start before ASAP for the right applicants.

The SEN school for primary pupils aged 5-11 with a diagnosis of Autism is led by an innovative Headteacher who is at the very beginning of an exciting journey. They are a brand-new, independent specialist school and growing fast, with a vision to become a multi-site school serving over 100 pupils in the very near future.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WILL NEED

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting.
  • Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable.
  • Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (e.g. SCERTS, Routes for Learning) would be a strong advantage.
  • Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education.
