At Bitrise, we’re improving on the way mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers around the globe. We’re looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot, Intercom and Salesforce and will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and scaling our marketing operations to ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and marketing strategy to ensure our marketing campaigns are efficient, measurable, and high-performing. This is a great role for someone who is an impact-driven, performance-oriented marketer for a highly technical audience. Please note that we’re a remote-first company offering the flexibility to work remotely within the country advertised.

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Bitrise you will...

  • Systems and Tooling Management: Lead and manage the daily marketing operations of HubSpot and Intercom, ensuring all marketing campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, forms, and landing pages are optimized for success (includes A/B testing). Configure and optimize HubSpot and Intercom to deliver email marketing, automation workflows, any form of relevant integrations, reporting, and dashboards to improve overall marketing efficiency. Oversee and improve data quality in HubSpot and Intercom, including contact management, segmentation, and lifecycle stages. Ensure the right connections are established with Salesforce, in collaboration with our Salesforce Administrator. Act as the point of contact for all HubSpot and Intercom related inquiries, troubleshooting, and best practices. Integrate HubSpot with other business systems (CRM, analytics tools, social media platforms, etc.) to ensure a seamless flow of data across the organization. Manage and optimize marketing technology stack and help assess new tools that could improve operations.
  • Lead and Campaign Management: Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure digital campaigns are integrated, automated, and optimized for performance. Set up, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs to drive leads and revenue, in collaboration with our Sales Analyst. Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns and workflows to guide leads through the buyer’s journey. Work with sales and marketing teams to develop lead scoring models and ensure proper handoff of leads from marketing to sales teams. Design and optimize automated lead nurturing, re-engagement, and retention programs to drive conversions.

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships with sales, operations, and product marketing
  • Excellent knowledge with marketing and sales automation tools
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a desire to meet exceed deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting pipeline numbers in regular key stakeholder meetings
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
