A unique opportunity has arisen within this company for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position that offers hybrid work and a competitive salary and benefits package. Your new role As HR Advisor, you will report directly to the CHRO and be responsible for providing expert advice and support on various human resources matters across the organisation. You will be the key point of contact for employees and management, guiding the team to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best HR practices. As HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include advising on benefits, HR systems, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and workplace policies. You will provide advice and support on employee issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance to facilitate the application of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in a consistent manner. Assist with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviewing, and selection. Process new hires, leavers and movers in the business, providing the necessary documentation and updating relevant systems to ensure accurate reporting. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organisation. Advise managers on performance appraisals and employee development. Conduct exit interviews with leavers and analyse data/trends that emerge. Assist with HR data management, reporting, and analytics. Work closely with the Finance team to support payroll processes and support business leaders in managing change and workforce planning. As HR Advisor, you will also contribute to HR projects and the development of HR policies and procedures and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality, paying attention to data privacy requirements. What you'll need to succeed As HR Advisor, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role within a HR team, providing support to 100 plus employees. This will ideally be supported by the achievement of a relevant qualification/CIPD accreditation. You will have good technical capabilities and be extremely comfortable using Microsoft tools and Google Suite. You will be an excellent communicator, both in writing, verbally and in person, with the ability to communicate in a way that fosters positive business relationships with colleagues and candidates. A critical thinker, you will have the ability to logically and creatively assist the team with business challenges. You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to organise, prioritise and execute on multiple tasks, taking accountability for delivering on commitments.
