2) The Role

As an Accounts Semi Senior, you'll work closely with the team to support a diverse portfolio of clients. From preparing VAT returns to finalising statutory accounts, you'll get stuck into hands-on work that broadens your knowledge and builds your confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
  • Drafting statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
  • Bookkeeping using platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, and FreeAgent
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc accounting and tax projects
  • Participating in team meetings and client-focused initiatives
  • Keeping financial records up to date and accurate
  • Staying updated on relevant VAT and technical accounting developments

This role will naturally grow as you progress in your studies and gain experience across all areas of practice accountancy.
