My client is a top 10 firm and is literally the fastest grossing firm in the way of winning listed work. They have recently overtaken Deloitte for the number of listed clients and are actively seeking Audit AMs and Managers from the Big 4/ Big 6 firms. Currently, many top firms are simply consolidating what they have and not looking to grow, just focusing on quality. This firm has moved up a notch on the regulation scale and are regularly winning big, listed jobs. This growth enables fast progression and the firm has no choice but to look after its staff to the absolute best of their ability. The staff are the focus!

If you want a modernised, relaxed version of the Big 4 - hybrid working, down to earth partners and a much fairer system of remuneration - look no further!

You need to have:

  • ACA/ACCA equivalent qualification
  • Listed audit experience
  • At least 2.5 years as an AM or doing the WIP/Billing as an AM or already be a Manager
