Temporary Resourcing Administrator – Hybrid Working (Salisbury) Based in Salisbury | £13.00 per hour | Full-time | Immediate start Are you an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills? Are you confident working independently both at home and in the office? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity available for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy team this summer. Key Details: Location: Salisbury (free parking on-site) Hours: 37 hours per week (typical hours 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) Rate: £13.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary (summer cover, with potential to extend) Dress Code: Smart office attire (sometimes smart casual during ) Hybrid Working: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office once settled About the Role: This role will support the recruitment and onboarding process for a well-regarded organisation. You\’ll be responsible for processing new starter paperwork, coordinating ID checks, and ensuring a smooth administrative flow during a busy hiring period. You\’ll work from a dedicated office space with occasional onsite support (manager in-person 2 days/week, available via Teams daily). Full training on Safer Recruitment processes will be provided.
