Temporary Personal Assistant (PA) – 3 Week Assignment from 3rd August

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a Board Member of a leading global retail brand during a 3-week holiday cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-moving, high-profile environment where your organisational prowess and attention to detail will be valued from day one.

\\n3-week assignment covering summer holiday period 3rd August – 26th August

\\n Location:
\\nRussell Square – on-site presence required

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless day-to-day diary management, including last-minute changes, across multiple time zones
- Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as gatekeeper for all communications and incoming requests, ensuring priority items are flagged accordingly
- Prepare agendas, documents, and briefings to ensure the Board Member is always one step ahead
- Liaise with Executive Assistants and PAs across departments globally to ensure alignment

The Ideal Candidate:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- A seasoned PA/EA with prior experience supporting C-suite or board-level individuals
- Confident, professional and able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure with a “no-task-too-small” attitude
- Tech-savvy and familiar with MS Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration tools
