Your Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse existing data flows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document traceable business requirements across the full project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with development teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end alignment.
  • Define and coordinate UAT, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Prepare business cases and contribute to prioritisation and benefits realisation.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within technology or energy trading environments.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong exposure to ETRM/ETRM-adjacent systems (Endur or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with systems/data modelling and engineering concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Degree-level education (STEM or IT ideal).

Desirable (but not required):

  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
  • Agile or SAFe qualifications
  • Lean Practitioner experience
