Salary: Up to £65,000 Per Annum

Flexible Working: Hybrid Working – 2 Days on Site every 2 Weeks
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Double time for anything above two hours)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support or lead nuclear safety engineering activities including the resolution of emergent issues during the build and commissioning phases
- Act as point of contact for documentation, advice and services relating to the safety case
- Develop technical solutions to issues arising during construction and commissioning phases
- Advise on compliance regarding the design, build and commissioning requirements in support of the nuclear build phase
- Undertake nuclear safety assessments of deviations from the design intent
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are supported and requirements are met
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Understanding of the design, build, commissioning and operation of reactor plant systems
- Demonstrable ability to develop technical reports
- Engineering experience in designing and building of systems - Desirable
- Able to lead engineering investigations - Desirable
UK National Security Vetting Status – All candidates must be able to obtain UKSV SC Clearance.
