United Community is seeking a Head Teller to join our team. As the Head Teller, you will manage the daily operations of the teller line, supervise and train tellers, and provide exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily teller line operations, process transactions, and balance the vault
  • Supervise and train tellers to ensure excellent customer service and policy adherence
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in teller transactions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years banking or cash handling experience, including teller training
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participation in compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering
