SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR REQUIRED
Our client is a full service firm with offices all over the UK and also in Europe and Dubai. They offer a modern and innovative working environment with all of the benefits of a traditional law firm. They are currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their offices in Shropshire.
Their team of talented private client lawyers are proud holders of the Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation. This accreditation demonstrates that they have the expertise to deliver Wills and inheritance advice. They use standardised processes to recognise and reduce risks and they educate clients about what to expect when buying Wills and inheritance advice.
The areas that they currently cover are:
- Will drafting and estate planning
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Protecting your loved ones
- Guardianship issues
- Trustees and Executors
- Digital assets
- Cross-border estate planning
- Inheritance
