What You Will Be Doing:
- Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
- Creating eye-catching displays and keeping the shop floor tidy
- Lifting, sorting, and pricing donated stock β often physically demanding
- Promoting Gift Aid and encouraging donations
- Working closely with volunteers and supporting the Shop Manager
- Helping with stock movement, sometimes up and down stairs
- Ensuring health and safety standards are always met
