Knit are working with a longstanding client that continue to go from strength to strength. After setting ambitious growth targets of growing to £40m annual revenue and smashing this by another 50%, they are hiring again for their next cohort of Graduate Sales Consultants. They are looking for determined and motivated people to push the company towards their next goal of £100m.
This is an environment where your hard work will be rewarded very well. You can learn quickly, gain responsibility, and earn whilst you’re doing it. The commission and development paths are clearly defined, uncapped, and there are plenty of people in the office who have started in graduate roles and progressed into senior leadership and beyond. If you’re good, then this will happen quickly.
The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate to within 30 minutes from the office based in Hatfield. A Master’s Degree from a prestigious University is a stipulation, but exceptions can be made for exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities:- Candidate and client research
- Commercial research on client technology issues
- Candidate management through the hiring cycle
- Research and new business development
- Supporting Senior Leadership with pitches, client calls and sales activities
- Develop in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors
- Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed quarterly new business and renewal targets
